Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing you with high quality products straight from the farm. To ensure the best possible experience, please read our shipping and delivery policy.

Shipping

Delivery zones: We deliver our products in French Polynesia and internationally.

Delivery times: Due to the isolation of the Marquesas archipelago, we ask our customers to be patient. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days and shipped within 10 working days (depending on the ships). Total delivery time may vary depending on your location and logistical conditions.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and total weight of your order. These costs will be clearly displayed before your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, and depending on the shipping option you selected, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your order in real time.

No-Return Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each product is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that it meets our quality standards.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately by sending an email to vaniraenana@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will ask you for proof (photos) of the damage or defect. After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
